Caitlin Boyle set out to end the way women mentally beat up on themselves with negative self-talk. She began Operation Beautiful one day by leaving a positive Post-It on the mirror of a public restroom. Soon she started leaving them at work, the gym and the grocery store too - and a national movement was created.
She scribbles down whatever comes to mind - "You are beautiful!" or "You are amazing just the way you are!" She's spreading the love. Are you?
